These gnocchis are light and pillowy. The best part is that they are fresh frozen for you to prepare, however, you like. My favorite thing to have with them is our tomato sauce and some freshly grated parmesan, or to make a Beurre Blanc Sauce and veggies. Just bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook them in the water once they float cook them about 3 minutes longer in the water, scoop them out with a slotted spoon and then sear in a pan with some olive oil or butter to give the outside that caramelization.
