PRIVACY POLICY

Atlyss takes reasonable measures and uses various safeguards to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to or from us over the internet. In particular, email sent to or from Atlyss may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Any information that you provide to us is done so entirely at your own risk.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are shown in U.S dollars and applicable taxes. All of our products are subject to availability.


RETURN/REFUND

Atlyss is a Meal and food product line. Thus, all sales are final for any products opened or used. If there was a mistake with your order, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days after being notified. Delivery is not inclusive in partial order refunds.


DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries are on Mondays, starting between 10:30–11 AM and finishing between 2–3:30 PM. If a customer is not home to receive their order, they must leave a cooler to keep goods cold until they return home.


CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made before Tuesdays at Midnight (EST).
